Update June 6.  There is STILL TIME.

The Presidential Citation process is in its second year of being "all electronic".  It IS the first year that the deadline for completing all the requirements is at the END of the Rotary Year.

The District Dashboard tells us that many clubs have a way's to go to meet the requirements, however, CONGRATULATIONS to the Rotary Club of Wolfville - MudCreek who first to meet all the requirements. DG Elva recognized them at the District Conference. The Rotary Clubs of Sackville & Area and Sidney Sunrise have now also reached the goal.

There is still time for other clubs to catch up. EVERYTHING is now done thru Rotary Club Central on the Rotary.org website.  Club Executives (President, Secretary and Executive Secretary) can access the report to see in details what needs to be done.  There is a great spot on the RI website that answers questions about the process at https://my.rotary.org/en/news-media/office-president/presidential-citation-rotary-clubs.   Click on View Club report to see the details for your club.

It's not that hard to do.  Rotary actually tracks much of the progress for you (thru membership and the Foundation giving). The rest is done by answering questions in Rotary Club Central.  There is even a group of "How To" videos that I created on the District YouTube site that walks you through Rotary Club Central.  As they were created a couple of years ago the website has changed slightly, however the principals are the same and still useful.
