“Transformational leadership in times of change”

The purpose of the professional development day is to build your leadership capabilities to navigate the fast paced world we live in; where change is constant.

During this interactive session we will focus on how to be a catalyst and architect upon encountering opportunities and challenges during change. You will learn to leverage and unlock your inherent leadership competencies to elevate you to the next level of change management mastery.

You will:
o   Develop innovative solutions that get real results at work.
o   Build personal resilience and agility to develop relationships that work, and foster the support required to create the necessary changes.
